I have seen hundreds and hundreds of candidates examine and present cases and watched fellow examiners examine. Candidates taking the exam have told me what made the examiners laugh and what made the examiners cry! I am now considering conducting a PACES course for 4 – 5 doctors over a Thursday and Friday. The emphasis will be on </span>
