Important Information on Cancellations
What to do if you have to cancel a course you are booked into.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing and will be subject to a 10% administration charge
- Cancellations made after Pre-Course Exams have been posted will attract a charge of 50% of the Course fee for that Weekend Course only
- Original receipts must accompany requests for refunds for all cancellations
